 Walton County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Vaccination Site Opens March 31, 2021 

Walton County EMA Prepares to Vaccinate Walton County Residents

 

Monroe, GA – The Walton County Emergency Management Agency is opening a vaccination site for COVID-19 at Criswell Park in Monroe, Georgia, on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, for Walton County residents.

 

The site will operate on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The location address is as follows:

Criswell Park & Walton Agriculture Education Center, 1208 Criswell Road, Monroe, Georgia 30655

 

Appointments are mandatory and can be made by visiting the Walton County Vaccine Registration site https://waltoncountygaema.booking.appointmentreminder.com/walton-county-ga-vaccination-registration. Any individual who meets the latest criteria issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health and Governor Kemp is eligible for the vaccine. Individuals 18 years and older are eligible for the Moderna Vaccine being administered by Walton County EMA.

 

“Walton County EMA is excited to join the efforts of other agencies to get the residents of Walton County Vaccinated. We have been working closely with DPH, local first responders, and a host of local volunteers to make this site possible. We look forward to serving the County in this capacity,” says Carl Morrow, Walton County Emergency Management Director.
