All interested persons are hereby notified that a summary of the proposed Fiscal Year 2020 Budget of the Walton County Board of Commissioners will be available for public inspection on May 7, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.
The budget summary and documentation necessary to support the summary are available at the Walton County Commissioners Office, 111 S. Broad St, Monroe, Georgia, from 9:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Announcement of Public Hearing
The Board of Commissioners of Walton County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in the boardroom of the Walton County Board of Commissioners, 111 S. Broad St, Monroe, Georgia, for the purpose of hearing written and oral comments from the public concerning the proposed annual budget. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and to submit comments.

The Board of Commissioners of Walton County will be adopting the FY 2020 budget at the Board of Commissioners meeting on June 4, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. in the boardroom of the Walton County Board of Commissioners, 111 S. Broad St., Monroe, GA.
